Habit Specialty Coffee blend (250g)
Deeply sweet, richly tart, pungent. Milk chocolate, peach, green tea, tangerine zest. Full and syrupy mouthfeel. The finish consolidates around quiet cocoa, caramel and citrus.
Blend: The Habit
It's our answer for everything and has two of our favorite coffees - washed processed Colombian & natural processed Brazil. This blend has become one of our favorite. We love it with milk based beverages and we love it as espresso as well. Not only does it tastes great but it's easy to dial it in.
Habit has been defined as “describing flavor that lies beyond the normal range of average demand" Soon we hope to be defined as “the coffee from kudu that I like the most for my everyday pleasure”.
Habit is the first blend KUDU created in 2013 and till then has improved based on the same philosophy on flavors and aromas. Collaboration with many importers and farmers resulted to this blend.

This house blend comes from several small-holders farms around Latin America, mostly Brazil, Colombia and a part of El Salvador. All the regions inside this blend are very well known for their unique microclimate with dry, soft breezes and chilly nights when the temperature drops.
The Habit Blend is an homage to the coffee producing nations of Colombia and Brazil where each harvest is treated by the producers with devotion and dedication. The coffees were harvested between 1000 and 2000 meters above sea level throughout the year. Some producers have inherited farms and others have purchased their plots.
Producers hand-pick the ripest cherries. They ferment for several hours after picking, de-pulp, and then ferment for more hours to bring out complex, citric, juicy, and floral notes to their coffees. Coffee is dried in different ways as they are processed in 3 different ways as well. Washed Colombia, Natural El Salvador and Pulped natural Brazil. This coffee is available all year round.
